"Pretty much confirmed my concerns"
I had a feeling the support might be a bit lacking, and unfortunately that’s exactly how it played out. Replies were slow, and when they did get back to me, the help wasn’t very useful. Kind of confirmed what I already suspected

"I felt a bit misled at first…"
I felt a bit misled at first because I thought it was going to be basic, but the way the holes are laid out is actually really creative and not boring at all. Ended up having a great laugh and a much better time than I expected.

"The place was easy enough to…"
The place was easy enough to find, and the staff were friendly when we arrived. The booking process was straightforward too, so no real issues there. The only downside was that check-in took longer than I expected, and we ended up waiting around a bit. It wasn’t a huge deal, but it felt preventable and could’ve been handled more smoothly. Overall, it was fine, just nothing especially impressive.

"Friendly service, but why so slow??"
The staff was really nice and welcoming, which I appreciated, but the service was slow. I kept wondering, how long is this going to take?? Overall, friendly people, just wish things moved a bit faster...

"We went on a weekend and I thought..."
We went on a weekend and I thought it was going to be absolutely packed, but it wasn’t bad at all. There was a small queue at one of the holes, though I’m guessing we maybe just got lucky with the timing. Other than that, there was plenty of space and we didn’t feel rushed going round. I’d definitely go again.

"The place looked cool when…"
The place looked cool when I first walked in, so I’m not saying it was awful or anything. But for me, the atmosphere just felt kind of flat and a little awkward. The music was also way too loud in certain spots, which made it hard to actually relax. Maybe other people like that kind of vibe, and that’s fine, but I personally didn’t find it very fun or comfortable...

"Security could be better"
Overall, I don’t want to be unfair because some parts of the experience were fine, but the security did feel a bit sketchy to me. Maybe it was just the setup or the moment I visited, but I didn’t feel as confident or comfortable as I would’ve liked.

"Easy booking and smoother than other golf sites"
I booked through golffang.co.uk and it was really straightforward. The site was easy to use, and I managed to pick the date and tee time I wanted without any hassle. Compared with a few other golf booking sites I’ve used, this felt a lot less clunky and there weren’t loads of unnecessary steps. The confirmation came through quickly too, so I wasn’t left wondering if the booking had actually gone through. I’d definitely use it again for booking golf

I got some really nice photos here, there just weren’t as many good spots as I was hoping for. Still worth checking out if you’re nearby, I just wouldn’t plan a whole big photo day around it...

Went to Golffang with a few mates and didnt expect the drinks to be that good. The cocktails actually tasted fresh and had a decent kick, not like those watery ones you get in some places.
Beer was nice and cold too, which is basically all I need half the time. Prices were fair aswell, didnt feel like we got rinsed for a couple rounds.

Staff were quick with the orders even once it started getting busy, so that was a bonus. Would deffo go back again, even if it was just for a few drinks

"Decent prices, but the reminders were a bit much"
I found some golf stuff at decent prices, though it definitely wasn’t always the cheapest option out there. Delivery went fine and the item turned up as expected, so no real complaints on that side. The only annoying part was the constant reminders and follow-ups, which felt a bit aggressive after a while. I’d probably use them again, but I’d still shop around first to make sure I’m getting the best deal

"Fun spot, just a little too loud for me"
I had a good time overall and I’m assuming it’s probably a lot better when it’s not packed, but the music was super loud, so it was kind of hard to have a normal conversation. I’d go back, just probably not on a busy night.

"Decent Visit, But Not the Best for Kids"
We went with my partner and the kids, and to be fair, the staff were friendly and everything was easy enough to get started. That said, it didn’t feel quite as family friendly as I’d hoped. The place seemed more geared toward adults or bigger groups, and the kids got bored quickly since there wasn’t much to keep them entertained between turns. It was fine for a quick visit, but probably not somewhere I’d hurry back to with the family. Still, it wasn’t a bad experience overall.

"Nice little difference before our round"
I used Golffang before our round and, to be honest, I was happy with it. I’m probably the sort of person who notices small things because I’m usually looking for an excuse when my putting is off, but the holes were really well looked after. The cups were clean, the edges weren’t all chewed up like you see at some places, and the greens around the holes felt smooth. It’s a simple thing, but it genuinely made the game feel nicer.

"Restrooms Could Use More Attention"
Overall it was okay, but the toilets could definitely be cleaner. Compared to some other places I’ve been to, it just felt like... yeah, they could use a bit more regular checking.

"Fun idea, but not great for our party"
We booked it for a birthday party, and it felt a bit all over the place. The staff were friendly enough, but we were waiting around for ages and then somehow our group got split up, which made it a bit awkward. It’s a fun concept, but it just didn’t really work for us on the day

I actually had a fun time on the site and enjoyed it more than I thought I would. That said, there was one issue that kind of took away from the experience, i’m still expecting an apology for it.

"Friendly, but a little slow"
The staff were nice and helpful when I reached out, which I appreciated. That said, the replies took a little longer than I expected, so the experience felt kind of average overall. Not terrible by any means, just not something that really impressed me either
